No, but it saves him from it. Being inside of Susano'o, means that Obito cannot warp you or attack you directly even though he can pass through Susano'o, but even if he does that, he'll have to solidify to actually harm or catch Sasuke which is not an option due to Susano'o. The superior Chakra makes sure that Sasuke doesn't drop Susano'o and legged Susano'o makes sure that Obito cannot attack from underground. If Itachi had both of these, I would say that he wins.

I have. It doesn't mean he can last as long as obito. From what we've seen, obito fought for upwards of 24hrs with no sign of exhaustion. Considering the only jutsu he requires to counter 99% of sasuke arsenal is not chakra heavy, I don't see sasuke lasting longer than him with PS's and a bunch of raiton jutsu.
Obito has to waste little chakra to evade sasuke.
Sasuke has to exhaust shit loads of chakra at a time.
And that's not forgetting Obito already has his own uchiha chakra boosted with chakra he's gotten from his zetsu modifications. Sasuke outlasting Obito is pretty much speculation. Arguments of 'attrition' aren't that good either. Sasuke has his ways of killing obito before chakra becomes a factor. It's only on NB people tout 'stamina' and 'chakra' where in the manga it's never been useful in a 1 on 1.
Ex. KN0 Naruto at vote had 10s if not 100s of times more chakra than Sasuke, yet sasuke still equaled, if not kicked his ass. Chakra/stamina are completely meaningless if you don't have the skill to end your opponent, because they'll eventually find a way to end you.
