349 will have average animation, nothing special. Kanezuka's only job for the episode is to help correct off model drawings of the less skilled animators.

The quality for 349 should be similar to episode 341, because it is basically the same team.

The animation supervisors don't just "correct off model drawings", they oversee the whole animation. And I can't believe you're comparing Zenjirou to Yasuhiko either, Zenjirou is a novice in comparison to the former. Things are going to be hugely different with Shinichi + Yasuhiko instead of Shinichi + Zenjirou.

The animation will be above average, you just don't like fillers and want to find fault. The fact is, Studio Pierrot more often than not pick good animators at the wrong times. Plus, since Takegami is doing the screenplay, there's a good chance that this filler will play out well since he's quite the veteran himself (Pokemon, One Piece and Inuyasha).

You're the one that began by responding with the dismissive/condescending attitude, when all I did was explain your misunderstanding of episode 349. So yes, that does make you sound like a tool. The job descriptions on that page are all accurate, and anyone familiar with the subject will tell you the same. All of it is gathered from official sources, including a lot of Naruto's own animators who have posted dozens of blogs on Pierrot's website detailing the work they do.

For starters you should know the different studios, and look at the general quality difference between them.
