Kabuto doesn't have suigetsu, he develop his own fluids by observing seuigetsu clan. which also works much better then water.

^ lol, read the OP. No Sage Mode, so he can't dodge an arrow. Oh yeah, and EMS Sasuke would beat Kabuto with ease.

Kabuto wins this, Sasuke doesn't really have the tools necessary to put him down, and Manda II is a major concern.
