Tsunade's healing is overrated in actual combat situation

She was cut in half and didn't regenerate. So cutting and smashing are her dooms.

Deidara can blow her apart.

Guy can smash her head into toothpaste

Fast ninjas can cut her limbs/head to restrict her movements (if she doesn't die from beheading since her seal in her head)

Or you can seal her.

What Madara shown with instant healing just enforces how good it is.

You last points are so made up by nb members when they decided they needed to figure out a way to bring Tsunade down some more. Instant healing in the manga holds more credibility than here. Cuz here everyone operates as if the ninja in there have intel or even know how her instant regeneration works.

Tsunade can fight off RDS the way Minato & Hiruzen perform it, as long & as hard as they struggled to use it on Orochimaru/Kurama , Tsunade can fight it off.

Honestly I feel like the standard for the amount of damage you take before falling has just been increased over time..

Kakashi could render Zabuza's arm useless through well placed kunai strikes in their bridge battle, for example. However, now there are quite a few instances of taking attacks like nothing (or injuries simply don't hinder the ninja). Like in the very beginning of Part 2 when Deidara's arm gets ripped off and it's like nothing happened. Or later when a second arm was ripped off as well. I mean that should definitely be life-threatening.

Medical practices were great when eg. Sakura saved Kankuro and found a cure for Sasori's poison. Right now, it's either a way to heal fodders or give characters chakra back (not really healing the injuries).

Her being saved by karin does not mean in any way she was incapable of saving herself. She decided to save 4 kage before herself. Tsunade would have been out of there in short time if she decided to save herself. You should have known that. Be thankful Princess Tsunade saved those peasants.
