I do think it would be awesome if his strongest going "all out" is similar to a Kekkei Tota but of a much higher power. It's reached when all Five Elements are combined instead of three. It could be explained that we didn't see it in his fight against Orochimaru because he simply didn't have the chakra reserves at such an old age, even when the Kyuubi attacked he was still 50+

Alongside Enma, it could be his signature trait as a Kage.

In part one Kishi held back Hiruzen, else the other characters would not look that impressive.

Now Madara, Obito, Hashirama, Sasuke and Naruto showed great feats, so it's Hiruzen's time to show us what he has without embarrassing them.
