Your OP changes nothing. It just restates things I've already seen. I've read the Naruto manga before, telling me what she's done doesn't change the fact that every Kage beats her, Mei would probably even beat her.

Edo Hiruzen managed to counter it, solely because, as Shikamaru said, his chakra reserves are unlimited. Shikamaru himself said that if Hiruzen were to be taken down, the team consisting of multiple shinobi, including Tsunade, Ay, Onoki and Mai, would be taken down alongside of him.

Of course she isn't weak. She's a Kage for crying out loud.

However, that does not change the fact that she's not as strong as most other village Kage. She's great to have on your side as support, but her fighting style is far too simplistic for her to be able to compete with the stronger Kage.
