Why Minato's arm isnt recovering yet ?

Seems Juubito's jutsu that turns all ninjutsu into nothing * is over , with juubito's lose , why Minato's arm still isn't recovering ?

Nope, since Juubito's jutsu has stronger abilities than Edo Tensei, and so it means Juubito > Edo Tensei in terms of everything.

Well obviously the damage isn't negated/reversed even after the user's life/power expires. Nothing too complicated about that. Like someone else said above, the arm that was blown off is no longer part of the edo, so how can something that isn't edo even recover in the first place?

No,that's kinda the point of the omyouton.

Tobirama stated that Minato's arm won't return due to Onmyoudon being used by Obito on him...

But he has never stated if beating Obito stop it or no... It looks like no

i think it's because jubi's shell was still in obito but now that it's been removed, his arm should regenerate....! but we haven't seen minato since then so may be it will...!

It turns ninjutsu into nothing. The damage has been done, and now it cant be undone.
The rest of him can regenerate except for the arm because that part of his body is no longer under edo tensei.
