Could Spiral Zetsu be Nawaki

What if spiral Zetsu is related to Nawaki? It seems illogical that spiral zetsu could be related to Tsunade's dead little brother but it could happen?

As you can see Nawaki is Tsunade's little brother and the grandson of Hashirama.

Notice how Orochimaru says that Nawaki's body would not be recognizable. We have already seen how with Sai he can make other people look like other peoples dead body and in the chaos of war they may not notice. What if Nawaki being the grandson of Hashirama had the ability to use mokuton like Hashirama but was so young that nobody recognized it yet but Orochimaru did. What if Orochimaru faked Nawaki's death so he could experiment on him. Also maybe Madara recognized this too and took him in like Obito. Either way somehow he ended up with Madara and with fused with white Zetsu to become spiral zetsu. Him having the same ability as Hashirami explains why he can use mokuton so well. Him being a kid when he left explains his weird personality as well as Madara doing something to him to turn him on his side. If Obito could turn out to be evil and manipulated by Madara then why couldn't Nawaki too. Also we have Tsunade and Orochimaru questioning who spiral zetsu is this chapter which could be setting something up. The only thing that doesn't make sense is wouldn't Nawaki still remember how to poo when he was alive?

That doesnt seem possible. You can't just make a person in to a zetsu clone, Madara puts his will for black zetsu and Hashirama's will for white zetsu. What is so important about nawaki?

In fact, he had at least his DNA (or maybe even the whole body), since he promised Tsunade to revive him with Edo Tensei if she cured his arms
