If that were to happen and he can pull of those at gear 2 speed...he would rival an admiral in my opinion.

Luffy effortlessly dodges laser beams by one of the most tehnolically advanced weapons in the world. The technology in the one piece world surpasses those even in ours.

Luffy Effortlessly dodges bullets..and not to mention he can sense attacks before they even happen with his haki. Rock Lee does not have a chance with Luffy's speed.

Not to mention One piece characters are able to have a higher pain and damage threshold on their body. A regular swordsman can easily take tsunade level attacks and continue fighting..and a person can take their insides being melted by lava and still does not flinch.

OnTopic: I reckon it will be more of a disadvantage than a advantage considering his got intervals....at least normally he doesnt have intervals. Intervals give the enemy time to attack or get away.

Similar to the FightingKing from Prominence, [ in the manga ]. His punch is meant to heaps strong but he takes too long to actually do it. In that time he could be taken out or whatnot. :|

Its not a level though....Admiral is a level associated with individual strength. BB became a Yonkou after the MF war, he sure as hell wasn't stronger than the Admirals.
