Who do you think is the best writen female character?

In my opinion its Konnan by far. She showed a nice personality. She also had shown good combat feats and not relying on someone to much. She overall to me seems the best I for some reason right now can't explain. I will edit later to elaborate. So in your opinion which one is best written and why?
P.S I am not biased. My sig does not have to do with this thread.​

Tsunade and Konan are the only females who have decent background story, so I think they are the best females.

Most are terrible; but as far as background goes, Konan has the most depth, followed close by Tsunade. Also Chiyo was pretty well written for a one-arc character, Kushina is decent. Temari and Mei are also pretty good and my favorte females. I like how Temari got more compassionate with time and taking care of her brother also Mei's genuine care, respect and trust for pretty much everyone and her showing fear as a human.
