It's obvious Naruto is failing to protect his own manga, and Sauske's just as screwed but just without a manga. So that leaves us one option...
After Madara finishes embarrassing the Shinobi Alliance and activates his Eye of the Moon Plan, any survivors will be immediately cast under the genjutsu. However, what Madara didn't know is that Hidan isn't looking at the moon because he's under a pile of rocks in a rather decapitated fashion.
However, given Eye of the Moon Plan's success, all of the Nara clan will too be under the infinite genjutsu, preventing them from watching over the guard-deer/Hidan's grave. Given time, between rain (mostly), deer pee, blood, etc. the rocks will erode enough for Hidan to shuffle his body through the rocks and lie his parts next to each other so they can heal, of course with some chakra use to ensure good healing.
With some help from Jashin, plenty of time which will be there due to the world being under genjutsu, a little bit of luck which always comes with Kishimoto, and possibly a visit from the Ramen Guy, Hidan will be freed from his imprisonment and healed enough to confront an unsuspecting Madara, get a bit of his blood, and then stab himself multiple times, all while riding a Nara deer triumphantly while leading 1,000s more into battle.
Hidan & his 1,000 deer vs Madara. Between Madara not expecting it, the deer's distractions, and Hidan's immortality he'd manage to get a bit of blood- if not from Madara from himself there are plenty of places with the dude's blood laying around from his bijuu thrashing/etc.
Hidan defeats Madara and saves the world from Eye of the Moon Plan. Calling it now when it happens quote me
