It has not been confirmed whether Ohnoki is a member of a special clan , or the same clan as Muu or related , what was said was that he learnt the particle style from Muu, which implies he learnt as he could mix three chakra elements also, as that is an extremely rare feat

pretty sure kakashi having three natures has nothing to do with sharingan. He jus probably had the potential to master three. If sharingan users could mater different natures because of sharingan then all the really skilled users like itachi and shisui would have mastered all five.
