Spiral Zetsu could basically split himself too, like that time when he covered Obito. Besides, he will use the Shisusenju on Minato before allowing him to use Bijuudama.

It doesn't matter as the orb will be drawing Zetsu as well, so he will be crushed, meaning he can no longer perform a Jutsu. How is he going to use Shinsuusenju when Minato has teleported far away. He isn't going to do anything when a massive TBB hits him. Spiral Zetsu can still die. Its like saying Hashirama cant die since its his own cells yet he died in the end. White Zetsu said he can die, so did black Zetsu. Same for spiral Zetsu.

The Gokage have been going pretty much non-stop since they arrived, Oonoki was talking about the whole war up to now, hence why he said "This fight has dragged on for too long, but we've come too far to stop now", the SA fodder wouldn't have loads of crazy techniques, he's clearly talking about the elite class, so all of your points are moot.
