Is Might Gai top 10 with kyuubi cloak?

The kyuubi cloak is apart of the SA power as we see it's not going away. With it Gai was able to recover from the 7th gate with ease. No one has shown the raw speed and power of 7th gate Gai now with Kyuubi cloak he is even more strong but just as importantly he won't feel the effects of the 7th gate. You don't have to admit it but can you say possibly? Who could survive 5 Hirudoras back to back(Hirudora spam anyone?) or even more damaging a full power Kick or punch to the face from him? Think about it from a logical standpoint no one would survive a hit or be able to react to his speed.

Enlighten me why not? he already pwnd madara with just air for a punch already with Kyuubi cloak and Base Lee wth Kyuubi cloak ripped through Madara. 7th gate+cloak=unstoppable

Ehhhhhhhh. I don't know... 7th Gate Gai knocked Madara on his ass pretty hard with a Hirudora. Add a Kyuubi cloak to that and he's pretty damn strong.

Gai wasn't even in Gates or Kyuubi cloak when he blasted Madara away, he was in base form and injured. So he's defo top 10 without or without Kyuubi cloak.

Also people say hes not so and so because no penetration attacks...

Kurama Cloak isn't even going to make him any stronger considering all it does is power up chakra based attacks, due to the strength of the cloak's chakra. None of Gai's attacks use chakra, as we all know, so there is no power up. All it'd do is increase stamina and that isn't enough to warrant him a Top 10 spot considering those who beat him can outright kill him, they don't outlast him.

-Any form of Madara stomps.
-Hashirama stomps.
-Any form of Obito wins this, Rinnegan Obito and up is a stomp.
-Any form of Naruto, SM and up wins. KCM and above is a stomp.
-Any form of Sasuke, MS and up wins. EMS is a stomp. PS isn't needed.
-Nagato stomps, Pain wins mid.
-Kabuto stomps.
-Minato wins mid. Edo stomps.
-Itachi wins mid, Edo takes it low.
-Killer B takes it mid.
-Spiral Zetsu also beats him.
