I foubt that hiruzen could have mastered the 8 gates in its entirety when it requires the utmost dedication to taijutsu in order to be able to even open them and hiruzen has also other elements of combat to master such as ninjutsu and genjutsu.

I didnt mean to imply hiruzen had kkg.... and its implied since he knew all the jutsu in konoha, he could've known how to access the gates

Ninjutsu and Jutsu are the same. Surely Orochimaru must be implying that he has all chakra elements . Gates are Taijutsu So Then what makes you think he has Gates???
