Masked Man Obito - how powerful was he?

I see people say, "obito was 14 and Minato struggled" blah blah blah. Never mind the fact that he possessed the Mangekyou, or the fact that he'd been trained by Madara and possessed both Uchiha and Senju DNA with enhanced strength and durability.

What I want to know is apart from Minato, who could have actually defeated him, age had nothing to do with his skill and ability at that time, he was still op. If Hiruzen was in Minatos position what would he have done?

How many shinobi out there could have taken on Masked Man Obito and lived to tell the tale?

I am pretty sure obito would have killed hiruzen (i do not think he can evade kamui at all)
