Does kishi hate mei?

Out of all the current kage, mei has the most potential.

She's from the hidden mist village which bred the hidden swordsmen.
She has hidden mist jutsu given her the potential to have learnt silent killing/hidden mist stealth
She has 3 elements giving her the potential to have S class jutsu from 3 elements(already displayed S class suiton)
She has 2 deadly KKG
And, most importantly, she's still very young and has plenty of years to train/learn new things.

but everytime we see her... The other kage are putting up some type of fight, but kishi has her being ragdolled.

not saying she's weak. Just saying kishi's not treating her right. I like mei, but kishi just has her as a punching bag. Notice at kage summit when kishi made onoki dwarf mei's feat with 1 jutsu.

I've always wanted to see more from her, but kishi keeps showcasing Onoki, gaara and tsunade (nothign more to showcase from ay) but everytime mei is called up to panel, she's either being punched around or out of chakra.

Anyway i think she is alright but Kishi likes trolling females.
I would like to see her in the days of "bloody mist", (maybe silent killing, weaponary usage feats seem plausable) or how she became kage in a place where people despised/killed people with kkg (such as Haku)
