Tsunade can basically hide in Katsuyu's body and let her finish the job. Kisame isn't dodging her attacks forever.

Thread maker multiplied dimentions by 20 according to 5% Katsuyu. Wrong calculation from beginning.
Slug is a 3 dimentional creature; cube root of 20 is about 2,7. So according to 5% Katsuyu individually 3 dimentions -width-length-height- would be multiplied by 2,7; since 2,7x2,7x2,7=about 20. Katsuyu is a mass with a volume, 1d scaling does not apply.

Stupid? No. That's a closer answer if % Tsunade mentioned mass/volume regarding to slug.
Dunno know why i did Not realise it viewing the thread first time; or No one else did in that matter. Guess we all looked at final result.
Sorry to disturb the image of awesomely-huge size of Katsuyu... But Kishi in inconsistent at drawings (naturally) and does not go for calcs ans rulers So its size might be something more different.

Quite the contraire. Water dilutes acid, making it less effective. Plus Kisame can dodge the acid, seeing as how Katsuya has not hit anything besides rocks with it. ._.
