Even with all the excellent fights that happened after my favorite of all time is still the Naruto vs Sasuke fight right before he left the village. I felt like this fight exemplified all of their growth up to this point, even before the emergence of full curse mark and 1 tail transformation. Certainly the bridging point for me between the shift of generation 1 to generation 2.
