Only thing Naruto gets from his blood line is his huge chakra and Iam pretty sure Uchiha's born with huge as well as strong chakra so I don't think it is unfair.

The OP is acting like the Sharingan is a given power-up. The Sharingan is a natural evolution. If anything it should be MS Sasuke vs SM Naruto.

Yes,anyone with high chakra reserves can handle that it is not limited to Uzumaki's.
Sasuke has more advantages than Naruto coz of his clan.

Well that is obviously not a given power but Sasuke having Sharingan means that he has 2 benefits namely huge as well as strong chakra and Sharingan but for Naruto it is just chakra reserves.

Not really a fair comparison. Sharingan is Sasuke's own power. Kurama is seperate. You'd have to take away Naruto's Uzumaki whatever as well, and without that, he really is no stronger than Sakura. But no. Susano'o needs no eyes, and he curb stomps Naruto with that. Unless you people wanna dispute manga canon. U_U

EMS is seperate from Sasuke'es original power
No proof that Naruto w/o uzumaki lineage can handle SM. Jiraiya was able to do w/o having "Special chakra reserves"
Proof of Sasuke using Susano'o w/o eyes. Madara's powers cant be given to Sasuke
So not sure what manga canon you are talking about
