That was a TBB from V1 Juubi that its power was reduced significantly due to the continuous TBB of Kyuubi and Hachibi

To prove that their defenses is the same, or even using that as an agument, you would have to see what's the breaking point of each defense(the minimum force that one has to make to get through the defense) and then compare if that breaking point is the same.

Because the atack wasn't enough to kill them. Most of the force of impace of that atack and the mechanical energy resulting of that impact is "used" when their defenses are crashed, so even though the atack was above the breaking point of both defenses, it didn't harm them as much.

BM = legged v3 senjutsu susano. Reason: Juubito's attack made Sasuke lost sussano completly while Naruto only lost chakra kurama avatar preserving sage mode. Yes, after Obito's atack Naruto stood up right away with sage mode on.

This proves BSM > BM

2) Sasuke using perfect sussano to clad kurama avatar most likely had to decrease it's size to fit kurama avatar size.
However there is no proof for that. Instead Kishi portrayed both Naruto using bsm and Saauke using PS as equal.

This is the same way Kishi showed kcm Naruto and v2 Sussano being equal.

For now: kcm = v2 sussano
(Half kurama) Bm = v3 legged senjutsu sussano
(Half kurama) Bsm = v4 sussano final form stabilized(ps)

In Madara`s ps half kurama bsm would be not enough most likely. However it is very likely that full kurama bm would on par or even above ps slightly. Of course FULL KURAMA bsm would destroys Madara's Ps low diff unless Madara get senjutsu ps.
