Now I think if you stab someone (far fetched idea) int hat location and they have senju and uchia dna they will unlock rinnegan in there life time. We know he wants a second eye. Maybe madara knows this and did that on purpose.

Oh yea regarding sasuke can't move obito put zetsu spores on him so probably zetsu took over his body or madara gave zetsu chackra or something off panel so he can take down sasuke easily.

This is the main flaw of your hypothesis. If things were going at this rate, Sasuke has more probabilities of awakening the Elder Son eyes than the Rinnegan, which required the DNA of both Hashirama and Madara to be awakened.
Your supposition is the only thing that gives some sense to the theory, but it is not practical taking historic data in account.

The only thing I can say is that while you have the same theory as all Sasuke fans, you tried to make it a little reasonable. Still, as you mentioned yourself, this theory is too farfetched. Besides, the spot where Sasuke was stabbed is not the same as the spot where Madara was stabbed, and this only add to the fact that using such argument is a desperate fan-reasoning. In fact, a better theory could be build up, and would actually go against Sasuke's survival. Here is the way such theory could be built:
1. Madara knew everything Hashirama said to Sasuke
As we all know, a black rod not only destroy the mobility of the target, but also link the target to the user of the Rinnegan. This can allow the Rinnegan user to control them as well as communicate with them, including know everything they are doing. This has been established and Kishi does not need to say it again. Based on this, it could be argued that Madara heard everything Hashirama said to Sasuke about binding him as response to his chakra.

2. Madara was faster to reverse Hashirama's plan against Sasuke
If we checked carefully the succession of panel before Madara stabbed Sasuke, it appears that Madara bind Sasuke. This is seen by Sasuke's expression, and the fact he was blocked in mid-air. The binding was just similar to when Danzou tried to bind him, except that in this case, Madara is stronger than Sasuke in all aspect to say the least. Clearly, there is no way Sasuke can free himself from Madara's binding as he did against Danzou.

3. We can fairly say that Sasuke who was stabbed is real, and not a bushin
There are many hints if we consider that Genjutsus cannot work on MAdara Uchiha. The sword was real as we saw it fall and Madara used it to stab Sasuke. Sasuke was planning along with Tobirama as well, and Tobirama plea to Madara is another hint because he is a very good sensor. All these contributes to the fact that there is is at least 50% that stabbed Sasuke was real.
4. A possible confirmation that Madara heard Sasuke and Hashirama

Apart from Madara using the chakra inside him to bind Sasuke as response to Hashi's chakra inside Sasuke, the line Madara used when stabbing Sasuke is another indication that he heard and knew Hashirama's plan. Madara said he does not care whether Sasuke is his close friend, his brother, or child.
This statement correspond exactly to the core of Hashirama's strategy where Sasuke were suppose to revive Madara's love for Izuna through some resemblance. However, unfortunately, Madara is saying that he does not care about such factor. This itself ring the failure of Hashirama's strategy and prove that Sasuke could not get Madara with whatever Hashi gave him because the plan was a soft solution rather than a rough one (one that uses powerful juts).
In conclusion, there is a huge possibility that Madara turned Hashirama's plan against Sasuke and bound Sasuke faster than Sasuke could bind him. The only chance left for Sasuke is to survive the stabbing through some magical asspul, or to be a bushin. While the later is not Sasuke's still and improbable, Kishi will have hard time justifying the first former. In all seriousness, I think Sasuke will not die, but a regeneration jutsus for him through Hashirama's chakra would be a bad thing for logic sake. Chakra surely accelerate healing, but it requires very precise focus on regular cells. Only cells with regenerative property can regenerate themselves from wound.
