P.S I know but but konohamaru doing it was wtf for me.

If you look at the whole scenario, him doing it makes sense - as Sakura was being all high and mighty that nothing along these lines would work on her. A naked Sasuke is all that took to give her a nose bleed. I thought this part was hilarious. To each their own, I guess.
