Between Hebi Sasuke, and Kimimaro.. Hm, without a doubt Kimimaro due to Sasuke not having any real technique that could affect Kimimaro physically.

Now MS Sasuke.. Hm, I'll lean toward Sasuke 7/10, but Kimimaro does have a way to bypass Susano'o. The only problem is Amaterasu.

Because he is a forgotten character by most members, if more members didn't overlook him, the bone jokes would be vast.

I believe Kishimoto killed him off so early because he would have been Orochimaru's succession if you think about it. You see Orochimaru had already a near perfect body (Kimimaro), and just need the Eyes (Sasuke Uchiha) so that he could obtain near every jutsu in the world (his main goal in life). But Kimimaro was sick so that wouldn't have happened. Anyhow, what I'm trying to say is that Kimimar would have made Orochimaru TO powerful seeing as the Kaguya's bloodline limit is superior to the majority of Pt.2 characters, and clans in general.

I don't have current DB scans for Kimimaro, but I have the exact wordings of the techniques from the 2nd DB. I do believe that Tessenka no Mai: Hana could potentially pierce through Domu (due to the very fact that Diamonds crack from piercing, and not blunt forces etc.) Earth Walls, and other second rate defenses are easily pierced through by Tessenka no Mai: Hana. Susano'o on the other hand, well that's dependent on the version.

How many bones did Kimimaro use in part one?

Well each time Kimimaro uses Sawarabi no Mai, he summons Tens of Thousands of Bones taken directly from the 2nd DB:

Like the horns of some dragon or demon, massive bones erupt from the ground in countless numbers. Despite the gentle name "Sawarabi"(Young Bracken), this 'dance' is too brutal to even be called a jutsu. It kills everything that stands on the ground without discrimation.

These blades of bones number in the thousands, even ten thousands. Even then, unable to finish off his opponents, having joined with bone, Kimimaro gets behind his them and lets loose his last attack. (You might want to note that Kishimoto says that Kimimaro joining with the bone is attributed to his Curse Seal 2, and not part of his bloodline.)

Including the bones he was seen to use again Naruto/KN Clones/Lee/Gaara I'd say around 15,000 - 18,000. This is alone a rough estimate however.

No.. I believe that Kimimaro, and Jugo's relationship was that of respect towards a superior (Jugo respecting Kimimaro). It was said that Kimimaro befriended Jugo, but never in the manga was it shown or said that Kimimaro had surpressed Jugo via physical matters.

*Kimimaro had abnormally huge chakra reserves for someone who was on the verge of death (due to his unknown sickness; I have a theory for what his sickness was, and how it was caused), Kimimaro took on thousands of KN clones, defeated Lee, and nearly-defeated Gaara (if his sickness wasn't present).

I don't think the Hayflick Limit applies to Kimi's regenerative capabilities; I don't think Kishi went that deep into the science. What disease would be capable of killing Kimimaro if he was able to reform damaged cells?
