But lack of development = no feats to compete in vs, some little kd beating a kage because of lack of feats doesn't mean in the reality of things (in the manga) that any such thing would happen. So because they outweigh in feats doesn't mean they are kage level at all. Kimmimaro was dealing with kids at the time, though he died in the end of his own he was still being given difficulty by people kages could stomp tbh.

Yes, simply bad match-ups exist... tenten vs temari anyone? Sakura vs Gaara is a terrible one to use that wasn't even a fight.

Nothing is factual about Vs threads but the feats, the outcome is based on feats yes, but does not determine if they fight would go that way in the series due to the fact that new feats emerge in some battles

And we cant really assume things either, If part 1 Sakura fought Gaara, she wouldn't gain feats because she is a main character.

But Rankings set you apart, like how Madara said he can see through clones, like how the Jonin and Sakura were able to see through genjutsu, ect.
