What bout Konohamaru

When people make Hokage or Next Hokage threads ppl forget Konohamaru.
Kishi did add him in the 1st chap/ep, so there has to be a reason, and why Naruto taugh him the rasengan.
He might be the next Hokage when Tsunade dies or retires, if Naruto dies somehow or is granted a even new Higher rank.
