Next page is literally a picture of Sasuke's EMS.

This would also explain why Madara actually killed ( Or attempted too ) Sasuke, he knows the power of the rinnegan in someone who actually awakened it.
Furthermore, his mention of giving him "Ample time to do something" could mean the 5 second interval between the Deva abilities.

Madara's sentence was implying that he could attempt to remove sasuke's eyes, that's why it was shown sasuke's EMS in the next panel. That's what i've seen people saying, and that's what I concluded. It would make no sense for madara to help sasuke awake the rinnegan, as madara wouldn't even know if sasuke has senju DNA nor he's going to help sasuke.

Besides, another thing I read is: hashirama gave sasuke his chakra, not his DNA. Considering that chakra is physical energy + spiritual energy, it is different from DNA, not being related to it. So even going through an almost death experience, sasuke might not awake it.

It took Madara almost a century to awaken the Rinnegan. Even with 17 years, Obito couldn't awaken the Rinnegan. Both of those are superior than Sasuke as Uchiha and failed to awaken Rinnegan at short time.

Sasuke's fans need to lay off. He is not getting Rinnegan.

Its very plausible, sasuke getting the re*****n n naruto gettn the tail beast chakra, its kinda like the cycle one has the eye ability n the other the strong life force, in this case naruto n sasuke, n itll make a much more epic final fight between the two where theyre equal in strenght.

Hmm....idk...I think what purpose would it serve? Nao if he gets it....I wouldn't be surprised, but the intentions of Hashirama and Sasuke atm are to defeat Madara without force. If he were to awaken the Rinnegan...surely it would lead to conflict. The idea of him being similar to Izuna would be wasted....as far as a no force approach. Rinnegan would surely make Sasuke fight Madara using it.

I feel Sasukes fans are so desperate for him to achieve the Rinnegan. Not saying he won't...but I wonder how they'd feel if he did not ever attain the Rinnegan. If he does that's fine.....but it seems every little thing Sasuke does...his fans say....Rinnegan incoming. Of course I'm exaggerating, but you guys get the gist.

Just an observation of one man...I could be entirely incorrect with my opinion of his fans. XD
