IMHO. his chakra control ties with Tsunade and Sakura, and both of them have already reached the pinnacle of chakra control.
So, his chakra control is definitely among the best.

It wasn't Kurama's chakra that naruto was giving away. It is naruto's own chakra.

I'll say Naruto has the best chakra control since he learned and mastered many different extremely difficult types of chakra. Kakashi said Kurama's high chakra made chakra control harder for Naruto

Both of these are chakra control and Naruto combined them to form the FRS which at about 50% power even made Tsunade ban it's use and making it a forbidden jutsu.

Naruto had to learn to draw in a totally new energy source (natural energy) and balance it with his stamina and physical energy to mold a new form of chakra. Molding chakra is chakra control since you have to make the chakra from your spiritual energy and physical energy. Perfectly matching all 3 energies give you Perfect SM, if too little and it wouldn't work, if too much then you'll be turn to a stone.

Naruto learned how to transform chakra, something Medic ninjas such as Tsuande and Sakura can do, while on the battlefield and he was able to execute the chakra transfer jutsu greater than another and Kurama said he surpassed both Minato and Kushina. One slap of the hand and Naruto transforms his chakra into that person's chakra and hands them a certain amount so he doesn't give too little or too much to any single person. He still needs enough for the whole alliance plus himself to fight after all.

So in conclusion, Naruto took his chakra control in shape manipulation and nature manipulation to an extremely advance level and beyond that when he combine the two. Took a jutsu that Medical ninjas take time to use and use it and mere seconds (slap of the hand). If he could control Kurama's chakra as well as he did then his own chakra control without Kurama would be as high.

P.S. Sakura is not at the pinnacle of chakra control, she's at the pinnacle of her chakra control, that's the best she'll get. To say she's at the pinnacle and then show her unable to heal Shikamaru while Tsuande just taps him and he's heal makes no sense. The Yin seal is the best her precise chakra control would get is all that meant since Tsunade still up showed her. Naruto has yet to get to his pinnacle in the types of chakra control he has yet he's at a extremely high level.
