PS : There is no fanboying or bashing in this thread , please read all of it before posting
I wanted to clear some misconception about Izanagi and Izanami , so here we go :
Izanagi :
Izanagi does not needs Senju DNA to be active , it only needs it to prolong the duration of the technique :
Obito said this during the explanation of Izanagi to us viewers , but he said this to Konan :
Now i think and i repeat i think ( i maybe wrong , i'm not Kishi ) he said this because :
He wanted to hype himself and further imply that he is the second Rikudo and the great Madara Uchiha.
Otherwise i can't explain why he didn't say the same thing when he was explaining Izanagi to us viewers.
And two other proofs :
-Izanagi is an Uchiha Kinjutsu , now if it really needed Senju DNA to be activated then it should have been named Rikudo Kinjutsu
-Izanami form a pair with Izanagi like Itachi said , in fact you could say Izanami is above Izanagi since the former stops the latter , so how in the hell would Izanagi needs Senju DNA to be active while Izanami don't.
And Izanagi =/= Banbutso Sozo , Izanagi is a limited version of Banbutso Sozo.

Izanami and Izanagi :
Those two Jutsu require the user to have theoretical knowledge about them in order to use them , why ?
Simple : the user cannot train in order to use them because 1 use = 1 eye and training = doing something many times until the user master that something.
Sasuke knows the seals of Izanagi :
And he got an explanation and a demonstration about Izanami by Itachi.
So its safe to assume he can use them.

Conclusion :
I don't think Sasuke will use it on Madara and if he does , Madara would simply break out of it because :
-He already accepted this reality and his true self and is trying to changes this world.
-He is f*cking Madara.
About the EMS , now this dojutsu is said to have an extinguishable light but we don't know if that applies to Izanagi and Izanami or not , but if it does , then Kishi must come up with a lesser restraint ( like one use per day or something ) otherwise EMS users would be invincible.
