I still can't believe that he actually let Madara to kill him with his own sword. Sasuke deserved a better fight than such stupidy.
But what's beyond me is that Madara actually pierced him in the heart which is an instant KO.
Which fully suggest that Sasuke will awake the Rinnegan so he'd be ruined completely.

Itachi seems to be the last Uchiha relying on his clan abilities the most from now on.

Well, yeah it was a kill blow, so the only explanations are
1. It's a trick
2. Sasuke gains power to survive
Seeing how the only one standing who has a chance of touching madara is Saru (not expecting anything from him)
I don't see Saru succeeding where Tobirama and Hashirama failed and Madara is far above EMS atm so the best bet is probably the latter.(Sasuke Power up)

In all honesty, Kishi didn't even do Sasuke justice. He brought him in just to put him on death bed, so both his main characters could be on death bed now.

People are saying wood clone, but he doesn't have wood element. Shadow clone, but then Madara can tell the difference between clones and the actually people, unless he suddenly lost his prowess. Genjutsu? Come on, Madara is an Uchiha, that's an insult to all Uchiha's saying that. Especially one that has unlocked the Renningan.

I think he'll get a power up, or something, which I hope would be the Uchiha ansestor's eyes. He'd be a pure Uchiha after that, no Senju upgrade dude like Madara.

For all we know, Madara might have purposely missed a vital point to persuade Sasuke again to join hm.

Madara might say something like- Even with Hashirama's jutsu, you can't win, and if you can't win, why not join me? We, the Uchiha, can rule the world.

I believe, he on-purpose missed the vital. Hashirama saying only a few pages back that he bears a 'strong resemblence' to Izuna is a very clear-cut indication of Madara's soft-hearted leaning towards Sasuke. Only a chapter back he said that he should use Sasuke's eyes, but didn't proceed to do so, in fact, he pushed all of them back with an attack.

Wow is this you simple? Wouldn't you normally say sasuke > madara or something. Ok now on topic it can be that his heart is on right side or some shiz like other people said. We might have that hashi chackra is rapid regeneration automatic. Well hashid does have that power. So maybe it is transmittable via chackra. Naruto heals rapidly with his own powers not kuramas as it has been stated. So we shall see.

Its disgusting, i might puke if i see Sasuke having the Rinngean. A pure blooded Uchiha's prime strength is EMS as it should be, but people like Obito, Madara and sadly Sasuke are using Senju(enemy clan) to achieve even more power. Only pure blooded Uchiha that we've actually seen is Itachi who's dead.

Oh well Sasuke is still Kami.
