With his base feats, he obviously cannot win this. Mei can counter his katon with suiton, and hidden mist will prevent him from controlling them with genjutsu. Then Katsuyu, who is probably as big as the Juubi can swamp him in acid.

You need to improve your reading skills. Madara activated Susanoo while BLIND, meaning 3 tomoe or MS or EMS means nothing. And also, it wasn't EMS/Rinnegan since he lost his eyes the moment he came back to life. 3 Tomoe or no tomoe doesn't change the fact Madara can use Susanoo while blind. Period.
