The worst hokage?
It's easy. Tobirama.

Let's see what the Hokages have actually done for the village, in the long run.

Hashirama - Hashirama founded the village, he stopped Madara from destroying it ( Solo ) and pretty much did errything.

Tobirama - Made the Uchiha mad because he hated them, Planted madness into Madz when he killed Izuna, Created Edo tensi and sacrificed his own life and left the village with a young, inexperienced leader because he felt like it?

Hiruzen - Held the longest era of "Peace" in the leaf, I guess. Tried to be a good Hokage and didn't really do anything wrong, he even tried to negotiate with the Uchiha. He did let Orochimaru go though, instead of killing him.

Minato - Held off Obito and the Nine tails, sealed the Nine tails and was made Hokage at a ridiculous age. He probably could have saved himself and Naruto, but the Nine tails would have been recovered by Obito.

Tsunade - Got the leaf Village blown up. Got chopped in half by Madara, sent Jiraiya to face pain alone when SHE MADE THE RULE TO SEND A MEDICAL NINJA TO ALL SQUADS. Did how-ever prevent Sausage from being killed as a favor to Naruto.



In all, Tobirama goof'd the hardest, But Tsunade was pretty bad too.

Well, i pretty much agree. Lets not forget he couldn't prevent ET from falling into the wrong hands and the fact that the world is at stake right now is partially his fault.
And you're being too harsh about Tsunade imo.
Its not her fault that Pein was the invader, Hiruzen wouldn't have done any better (for example). She was chopped by Madara, ok. Hashirama was drained and Tobirama has a god damn stake on his head. No shame in that, again, its a different kind of threat.
But if Danzo had been officialy made Hokage, he would've been the worst imo.

^^Which was likely adopted by the rest of the world.

He and Hashi also came up with the idea to spread the Bijuu and not just hoard them all.

The Uchiha did not revolt against Tobirama during his reign and obviously they didn't hate him as much as he supposedly hated them because Kagami was his subordinate and according to Tobirama himself he also inherited the will of fire.

Honestly Tobirama was one of the better Hokages.

All Hokages did great job. However, IMO I also think Tobirama was the worst and best Hokage simply because he accomplished the most while causing the worst bad things.

Hiruzen for letting Danzo do wtf he wanted and letting orochimaru go, Danzo's dealings with Hanzo is literally what turned Nagato into pein. The fact that he let Orochimaru go didn't help.

Tsunade is 2nd worst. Let Nagato solo Konoha in front of your face.

Hiruzen let Danzo walk all over him. Danzo created two major villains in Kabuto and Sasuke; and he also let Orochimaru run free. Plus initiated the Uchiha massacre.

Hiruzen let those things happen. Even Tsunade was able to put her foot down with Danzo.

He was just way too much of a pushover.

Danzo was never a Hokage if he was show me his face on the rock wall. Danzo implanted himself iinto the seat of Hokage and it lasted all of 2 weeks, he was never officially nominated nor elected to the position of Hokage.

I don't really blame Tsunade for what happened. U_U
She tried all what she can to save everyone, how does that make her bad?
Yes, if she did not try at all to do anything that would have made her the worst, but she tried and saved a lot of people.
It's not her fault that her opponent has the strongest eyes of them All! She also did not send Jman alone because she wanted,
it was him who did that by his own will!

I really think Tsunade is a great Hokage.
