1)MAdara proved to us , that Sharingan user can use Sharingan Techs, without Sharingan : so He would notice a clone , even without Sharingan ....

2) Why cant Rinnegan notice a Clone ?? Isn't It superior to Sharingan ?

3) Clone can be noticed even without good eyes, a Pro skilled shinobi can do that
