He's a masochistic person, yes. A sadistic one....I'd disagree he doesn't enjoy putting pain and anguish onto others. At least I haven't seen it in the Manga. I believe he like to judge others....also he enjoys battle, but as far as actually enjoying hurting someone....I'd say it doesn't fit him at all. He does what's necessary to achieve his ultimate goal.

He's quick and efficient....imo.

Changing my mind, neither. Already addressed Masochist, and he's not really a sadist- just someone who doesn't mind resorting to violence to achieve his goal.

I wouldn't say either... Because he likes to fight doesn't make him a sadist. Liking the feeling of blood pumping through his veins doesn't make him a masochist either. He's just a character who loves to fight.
