everytime itachi poked sasuke in his head he taught him somthing or transferd techniques to him.
in the fight against kabuto itachi walked sasuke through inzanami step by step
then before they parted itachi hugged sasuke and grabbed the back of his head
This the transfer of the technique to sasuke .
however i do not think madara is currently caught in inzanami
even though theres evidence that suggest he could be
that being: the three step to get someone into a loop have been done ( check last chapter for yourself)
sasuke not in looking to be in pain more of a shocked expression.
hashirama stated a talk no jutsu would be most effective write now.
having said that im leaning toward the idea of this new jutsu being activated.
what that jutsu is we wont know until next chapter.
i can have a wild guess and say that.
sasuke needs direct contact with madara to activate this unknow jutsu
and that it will reverse his senjutsu (getting stabbed was not part of the plan)
i dont think madara can use all the renningan techs with one eye
and i think the 2nd was testing to see how he would defend himself
from a quick attack (he used susanoo) sasukes sneak attack was unsucceful but madara couldnt block the sword jus avoided it then used a jutsu to hold sasuke in the air or pull him close
the sword madara is using to stab sasuke could have some sort of seal onit
or it could be the object that connects sasuke to madara
