Since the kyubi pulled that out of obito is has the other half technically perhaps plotholes shall prevent it from regenerating).
if the kyubis yin is also incrporated fom Minato then Madara as host goes leagues above Rokudo sennin.

But Sage had both Rinnegan so it is only fair if Madara has both as well, until now Madara only speak about full power of Rinnegan but is not using it yet.

Conclusion: We are closing to Sage of six paths vs Juubi flashback as Kishi will tease us with more and more powerfull Ten tails version, that at least what I think.

His inteligence and skills potentially put him above the sage level. Hashiramas face or no face it means nothing neither does it take from Madaras sagehood.

Madara is close to Pre Jin SOSP's level... anything else is big speculation for now.

Nope, Sage of six paths is God figure, especially as Juubi Jin. There was nothing impossible for him except stop agging process.
