We already know that Sasuke and Itachi's dad was the person in charge of the suppose'd coup de'tat "Fugaku Uchiha" and his mom has been shown as well. I dont think there is a chance that Madara is his father, although they may still be related. Perhaps Fugaku was the son of Madara or Izuna.
