If we go by IC state he have shown in Juubi fight; he beats Part 1 Sakura. This guy threw shrukens at a pseudo-God; he would not even flick a toothpick at a chuunin level ninja.

He can't kill Hidan without Shiki Fujin, so at best he would draw. He can beat Neji. Blocking chakra points won't stop Hiruzen from using Enma. Hiruzen's katon is B rank by the way.

Lol no. He can't beat either of them even with Shiki Fujin. They'd block Enma with is a rip him apart with strength alone. Shiki Fujin won't do jack since he lacks the strength to hold them.

He can push it, but he can't destroy it. He didn't even damage Kurama. A nice Amaterasu would roast both Enma and Hiruzen.
