Where are the Alliance?

I would have thought that Kishi would show more reactions to Kurama being sucked out from Naruto from the Konoha 11 or other members of the Alliance. I guess they can be too far away from the fight, but that still doesn't explain how Kakashi and Minato don't know yet. On that note where is Hiruzen?

The only real kind of effect we could get is if Gai opens the eighth gate. I hope he injures Madara but unfortunately cannot hold on for much longer and then dies.

I think everybody knows what happen to naruto but jst dnt care what happen to him becuz they think GE will bounce back in action. And hiruzen well his with oro enjoying the good all days
