No, it doesn't. There are around 10-15 threads relating to this, today. If you watch the anime closely, you'll notice, his hawk apparently had 'Rinnegan' during his fight with Danzo. I can't find that specific pic tho. Damn!

If you zoom the pic, and notice closely, it's eyes' has Rinnegan like pattern too. That doesn't mean, it has Rinnegan. -.-

Rinnegan doesn't need training. As soon as you posses it, You have access to all 7 paths.

Pretty much I mean Madara called down the gedo Statue only moments after he awakened his. So it shouldn't surprise anyone that Sasuke should be able to use Rinnegan techs if he gets the eyes.

I agree with this. Hawk + Snake sage mode looks so much better

I was hoping for this as well as Naruto flushing out his Frog Sage Mode to new heights. Would have been nice to see a Sage battle between the two but I gave up on that avenue of power up when Naruto got KCM and Sasuke awakened his EMS.

No problem. Even I didn't notice, what you noticed. But, it was pretty obvious, that Kishi wouldn't make such a huge goof up given 3 weeks break.

Its not the rinnegan, since there is no color it looks like that , but its just his pupil and the color eye and then the rest of his eyeball.

How true. Maybe when everything is said and done in this war all these riduclous power ups will go away and we will be left with the Sage stuff which is fine by me. All this other stuff is getting out of hand and at least with Sage mode you have to actually learn it and train with it.

Lol we know for a fact Nagato trained with the Rinnegan, Jiraiya helped him.

Obito received instruction from Madara on how to use it.
