Sasuke Will Be The One To Defeat Madara

Now before you start spitting fire let me lay it out:

During the Obito fight we learned how similar Obito was to Naruto when he was his age. During that fight Naruto did the most work even though Sasuke and everyone else was there for support. Now that Obito is defeated (more or less) Madara has taken up the fight.

Now Madara just extracted Kurama from Naruto. Leaving him, at the moment, out of commission. Sasuke just got a new powerup (offscreen) from Hashirama minutes before he gets imaped through the heart.

Now I strongly believe Sasuke will obtain the Rinnegan and here's why:

Here Madara hint's that he is nurturing a new eye but isn't sure that it will work with him. I assume he is talking about Sasuke.

Moment's before Sasuke is run through, Tobirama yells to Madara "Don't do it! That will only..." What is it that he meant to say here? I think it is pertaining to something that will happen to Sasuke if he is run through as he was.

And then there is this blundered? or perhaps foreshadowed panel here:

Why does Sasuke's Hawk have the Rinnegan eye?

All these little tidbits lead me to believe that Sasuke will awaken the Rinnegan.

With the Rinnegan, and Hashirama's jutsu he taught Sasuke to surpress Madara's Sage Mode and Mokuton, this will even the playing field for Sasuke to stand his ground and fight Madara

But don't count Naruto out either. Remember, Shukaku and the other tailed beast planned something with Gaara, and now:

We see gaara carrying Naruto off to what looks like the God Tree?! Could this mean a friut is about to bloom and Naruto is going to eat it? Or does it have something to do with the Bijuu somehow giving their chakra back to Naruto somehow?

Somehow someway Naruto will return to the field (probably in a support role to Sasuke this time) and the 2 of them will defeat Madara. Sasuke will be at the forefront of this battle.

In then end Both Sasuke and Naruto will finally have a bid bad shinobi of legend under their belt:

Naruto defeated Rikudo Obito

Sasuk defeated Uber madara

Leaving the way open for the all foreshadow rumble between Naruto and Sasuke (which will probably happen much later)

Anyways, that's my wall of text theory for you on why I thinkg Sasuke will defeat Madara. hope you enjoyed the read

IDK about the Rinnigan, I did notice the hawks eye. But Izanagi just seems more likely.

1)It is the combined lines of the sunju (Hari chakara)and Uchia(Sasuke's clan). It might be a twist if the jitsu he was taught was not how to execute the jitsu but how to preform the jitsu and not have to sacrifice an eye.
2) The Rinnigan has already been explored immensely with Pain, Obito, and now Madara. Giving it to Sasuke would be a waste of a power up since everyone knows what the new abilities would be. However Izanagi has only been displayed by Danzo and only then defensively. Imagine the potential if used offensively, numerous times with out fail.
3) This new world is one of a mass genjitsu if Madara succeeds in casting it then Sasuke would be able to alter it utilizing Izanagi because its a Jitsu that allows the user to control their state of existence. Thus negating the Mass Genjitsu.

This would be more realistic if anything, but it sounds far too elaborate for Kishi to write. And while the Rinnegan has been explored and done to death, it hasn't stop Kishi from overusing OP things like this. Just look at Hashi's DNA. its all over the place and he has been dead for decades.

Your post is an amazing analysis of the current situation and I like your hypothesis on the prediction of Sasuke and Naruto outcomes.


Everything seems like a paradox in a poetic form. Gaara trying to save a dying Naruto, not only whom he once tried to kill but who once saved him similarly after having his Bijuu extracted. Also, Hashirama is giving Sasuke a jutsu to stop Madara without force, Sasuke of all people who relies entirely on power and fighting skill to overcome any opponents with zero capability for "talk-no-jutsu" lol. Now Sasuke has the opportunity to get rennigan after being stabbed and he's close to death. Madara is trying to take his eyes just as Itachi planned in their battle, like Itachi knew this might happen. But its just Kishi trying to show us some pit holes to predict the future. However, Sasuke will stop Madara from taking his eye by showing the rennigan as well and stopping Mokuton.

Tobirama telling Madara not to kill an Uchiha whom he did not trust and bears a resemblance to Izuna whom he killed.

And Madara aiming to kill the only other member of his precious clan in order to bring an end to a world of seemingly contradictory beliefs in which only a war could unite bitter former enemy ninja villages to form the alliance.

Your detailed explanation of this is great I really like your hypothesis of what is gonna happen!!!

But for Sasuke to get the Rinnegan he needs Senju DNA and chakra isn't the same thing as DNA. He has all the other requirements and I noticed the Hawk's eyes too but it wouldn't make much sense for Sasuke to get the Rinnegan through this method and Kishi would have to give a really detailed explanation of how and when he got it. He would have to break it down and as of recently Kishi has been really lazy with his writing and creativity in my opinion.

I see Izanami or Izanagi as more of a probable way of Sasuke getting out of this, of course with Izanagi he's gonna survive the stab to the heart.

It would be a bit more interesting with Izanami cause then Sasuke could somewhat enforce his will on Madara and that would be badass to put Madara Uchiha of all people to put him in a genjutsu like that and kinda have it play out like Itachi did Kabuto.
