What could be the reason for the brothers stopped evolving further ????

So in the last chapter madara talked about the development of senju bros up to a certain point...what could be the reason.
guess any one...??

and is it so that with full potential of senjus ,uchias are nothing......????

I think it's because of edo Tensei. Madara said that he was stronger when brought back. So maybe Madara was referencing their powers being held back by edo bodies.

That is reasonable but why would your jutsus strength be limited because of edo tensei only your chakra reserves. And tobirama said near our full power.
