Kuma moves incredibly quickly, pretty much the same speed as Obito imo. Also i believe Obito needs to be tangible to absorb Kuma. I think its a very even matchup

I forgot about how he swings his paw, so thats true he could just go intangible and grab him a la Minato, but if Minato can escape would Kuma be able to warp away as well? If he's faster than Obito's suction he may be able to rip his arm off by warping away.

Good question. Debatable. Kuma can always hit himself, to Shishuin out.
Obito say to Minato that he could also try to warp faster on his second attempt then usual.

Yes he is. Kurama moves like any Giant Summoning. (Though he is more mobile then 99% of them). He is a big target to hit. He cannot sense negative intent, that is Kurama with a spouse feat.

Everything point I mention so far, rapes Kurama.

I didn't claim he can never move fast. My claim is we have no concrete evidence on how fast he can actually move. And its certainly not in FTG level.

Ill wait for those speed feats you suggesting.

Izanagi works by having the eye expose. OP needs to clarify if Obito has his Mask or not.
