He's gonna get the Rinnegan imo, since he's near death he could awaken it, although it would be the first time anyone's ever awakened it this quick if it happens. For Rinnegan you need Senju DNA, and Uchiha DNA, which Sasuke has as of this moment. I wish Kishi would have posted more today. :eww:

Naruto's birthday is up, somethings up his sleave im sure. Naruto's probably gonna get a powerup too. Until then Sasuke has to take the plate.

Well Sasuke have Hashirama's chakra, not his DNA so the only way he could get it is thru plot or if he got the DNA of Karin or Naruto. Can't get it from Hashirama who is dead. There's also Yamato and Zetsu but the Zetsus left Sasuke's body when the Hokages were revived. Kishi might also show Juugo's family being connected to the Sage and since Sasuke have some of Juugo's flesh then he'll have both but as far as we know, Chakra doesn't make up for it since they only said DNA. White Zetsus were only Hashirama cells while Yamato is DNA and Chakra, they used his chakra to power up the Zetsus.
