Is this one of those things in which the ideal threat of death in the NV is so low for Main/Secondary characters that it no

longer seems unfathomable?

Can we honestly sit here and say that the Madder wont take out someone very relevant (excluding damn edo(s)) before his arc is over?

He may take out someone important, like one of the kages, but not Sasuke. Sasuke is way too important for the plot. And Naruto still has to settle thinks with him, so he can't be killed of like that.

-We are in the climax of the manga.

-Characters being protected via plot should be already over.

-Do you realize that if no one else dies, then Neji would have been the only real relevant death in this entire arc going on for yrs now.

Okay so Hashirama giving Sasuke a jutsu and lending him his remaining chakra are all for naught because he get's killed the very chapter he was given those two power boosts. Yeah... seems about right.

My point I was driving was that the threat of death is far to low for a war arc.

So low, that even don't even blink when death is knocking on their door.
