was madara saying ".. or even my child" meaning he was Sasuke's real father and that's why Sasuke has so much potential OR was Madara simply quoting Hashirama?

Well come to think of it, there are scans suggesting Madara is the forefather of the Uchiha clan based on Jiraiya and Obito statements. However, in that scan, its just the difference in age between Sasuke and Madara. He is calling him a child, because Sasuke is 100+ younger than Madara.

Madara was calling Nagato a brat, and the alliance kids. Its just Madara's age.
