hashi has mokuton and it's called the shikkotsu forest
besides the circles on hashi's forehead and the markings on his eye,some of his sage mode markings look like four antennas

mokuton isnt called sikkotsu forest. and hashirama sage mode isnt slug sage mode hashirama has no connection to katsuyu and katsuyu is the only inhabitant of sikkotsu forest

Yes to me, until confirmed otherwise. There wouldn't be a 4th, unmentioned Sage mode less famous than the 3 mentioned, especially if the God of Shinobi himself utilized it.

I don't think so, I believe his Senjutsu is merely the zenith manifestation of Mokuton without any correlation to the Animal Sage Modes particularly the Slugs.

mokuton is his kekkei genkai its a jutsu that he uses with chakra,what does senjutsu have to do with that

I meant it was the pinnacle of Mokuton mastery, basically Mokuton itself seems to be a mixture of both nature energy and chakra

I think its almost slug sage mode, but he lacks the ability to bound with KAtsuyu...meaning he lacks the chakra control to form a yinseal...for I think it just an imperfect one, of the forest but not the summon. Nothing suggest that Hashirama's chakra control is on Tsunade's level...we just know that he has endless chakra

Its probably connect to is mokuton hashirama sage mode doesn't have any animal features like toad sage and snake sage.

There was nothing,no attributes or hints in the slightest that it was slug sage mode.
Not every animal is a sage and not every person has to train with an animal to use sage mode.
Animal are just more in tune with nature which is why they can typically garner sage mode and humans can't.
Sage mode itself is just utilizing nature energy.
You do not have to be affiliate with a animal to learn sage mode.
