I give it to obito but only because of Kamui. From the Kakashi vs Obito fight in the other demension, Obito is kinda pathetic without
Kamui.

It would be a close fight tho. Itachi is one of the smartest ninjas around he might have found a way to counter Kamui.

Izanami would have done the job since he would most likely have to give up on trying to get Rin back to get out of it.

Since Izanami excluded Obito takes this one.
