"No I've Comed To Take Your Head Suna Scum :heh:" After saying those words Omoi immediately gathers his chakra at his lightning chakra at his palms and aims his hands at the opponent and unleashes a wave of lightning bolts at the opponent and while the wave of lightning is going towards his opponent he concentrates his chakra at his eyes and looks his opponent in his eyes casting him in a Genjutsu where clones of Omoi are merging from ground and trees and every time he tries to hit them they only multiply and while his opponent is in genjutsu Omoi takes the opportunity and takes 5 shurikens from his weapon pocket, he gather chakra and channels it at the shurikens, heating up the chakra and manipulating the nature of Katon, he infuses fire chakra into his shurikens and throws the shurikens at the training dummy and ignites them with his will power, while the shurikens are in Mid-Air they start to ignite and pierce through the opponent and burn it. "Take This Now You Suna Underling"

As he saw the bolts comng at him, he quickly made a water shield. After he blocked it, he noticed clones has emerged from everywhere without the opponent making handseals, he knew he was trapped in one of the technique he used, he quickly bite his tounge and released himself. After this, he goes to the fall and turned it to mist. He then made handseal and ran started falling. In the mist, he threw an explosive Kunai to his opponent.

Description: This displacement technique creates a
thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water
from either a pre-existing source or expelled from
their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from
within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is
controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It
can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being
created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and
Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their
opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the
user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth
or manipulating a nearby water source.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to
freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own
chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey →
Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain
clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During
this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked
to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a
chakra belonging to someone the existence of the
target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling
until the user uses the seal to cancel it.
