I could definitely see Naruto winning this one. His speed and clones makes it nearly impossible for Danzo to land a fatal hit.

The only real threat here is Baku, but he can take that out with a Rasenshuriken pretty easily.

On top of that he also has his summons so Danzo will have a lot to deal with.

So overall I think SM Naruto takes it mid diff.

Able to sense him is one thing doesn't mean his perceptual will get the dodge, timing right, in time. Definitely for the first time "surprise". Danzo will be lunging towards Naruto instead of swinging.

Sage Mode has a limit of 5 minutes, or three rasenshuriken, assuming he uses no other techniques. Danzo would outlast and the moment Naruto returns to base Danzo beats him easily.

Sm naruto from pain arc is 5mins and he has improved a lot, how many minutes would that be? And he can enter it instantly so I doubt that would be a problem.
